The Cottage

Twin RoomThe Haven was built in 1927 and has been lovingly refurbished and fully modernised by the owners and sleeps 5. All the bedrooms have sea views and all bedding is provided (but not towels). A cot (without bedding) is also available – please ask for this at the time of booking.

  • Bedroom 2 – (Double Bedroom)
  • Bedroom 3 – Single room

Bathroom – (Please note that there is a step down to the bathroom and it is not suitable for disabled persons). The bathroom has a bath, separate electric shower and a WC.

Kitchen with Dining area – Table with seating for 6. Fridge Freezer, electric cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils and equipment provided as well as kitchen linen and a high chair is available.

The Sitting RoomSitting Room – Digital TV/DVD as well as open fire with coal supplied (March and October) and there is plenty of driftwood on the beach to make wonderful fires. There is a telephone which accepts incoming calls only (01988 700 295).

Back Kitchen/Boot Room – Washing machine and sink, excellent room to hang up outdoor clothing – a pulley for drying clothes. Plenty of room for buckets and spades!

Sun Room – Table with seating for 6.

Garden – Surrounds the cottage and is completely enclosed and all exits are gated. There is a washing line and two patios complete with garden furniture, sun umbrella and of course a BBQ!
